It is postgraduate super speciality (M.Ch.) course in all medical educational institute admission done on the basis of merit list of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Eligible candidate can join after completing his/ her 3-year post graduation (general surgery) course

Course Overview

The structured training programme written up and strictly followed by institute and examined by National Medical Council of India time to time.Students maintain record (log) book of the work. There are proper training in basic medical sciences to the disciplines concerned including both clinical and theoretical. They also participate in the teaching and training programme of undergraduate students and interns.Training programme shall be on the same pattern as for M.D./M.S. with practical training including surgical techniques, advanced diagnostic, therapeutic and laboratory techniques, relevant to the subject of specialization.

Career Path

After passing M.Ch. candidate can work as full time Neurosurgeon, Trauma surgeon, Neuroendovascular surgeon, Skull base surgeon, Neuro-Oncosurgeon, Spine surgeon, Neuroendoscopy whatever path he/ she may choose.
