Dr. Satyapal Yadav is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Oral Medicine & Radiology at Mahatma Gandhi Dental College and Hospital (MGUMST) in Jaipur. With over a decade of experience in academics and clinical practice, Dr. Yadav has served in various capacities, including Assistant and Associate Professor, and currently holds the position of Professor. In addition to his teaching and clinical responsibilities, he serves as the Member Secretary of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at MGUMST, contributing to the enhancement of educational standards at the institution.
A committed member of the academic and professional community, Dr. Yadav has been actively involved in the Indian Association of Oral Medicine and Radiology (IAOMR) as a National Executive Member (2022-2023). He also serves as an examiner for postgraduate and undergraduate programs across several universities in India. As a dedicated member of the Indian Dental Association (IDA) and IAOMR, he works tirelessly to advance education, research, and clinical practice in the fields of oral medicine and radiology.
Dr. Yadav has been recognized for his academic and professional contributions with several accolades, including the prestigious Certificate of Excellence Award from MGUMST in 2024. He also won the 1st prize in a Paper Presentation at the Triple O Conference in Cuttack in March 2024. His leadership skills were demonstrated when he served as the Organizing Secretary for the IAOMR National PG Convention held in Jaipur in August 2022.
Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Yadav is a passionate sportsman. He was the winner of the Doctors Badminton Tournament in 2018 and a finalist in the National Level Badminton Tournament. He also reached the finals of the Doctors Badminton League in 2023.
An active researcher, Dr. Yadav has authored more than 20 articles published in national and international journals, contributing significantly to the knowledge base in his field. His ongoing efforts in education, research, and clinical practice continue to shape the future of oral medicine and radiology in India.
