  • Register yourself for admission process through MCC/DGHS. Pl note that you need to Register yourself under the category of Deemed universities and give preferential choice of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur.

For qualifying in NEET, students have to score a minimum of 50 percentile for UR (unreserved) and 40 percentile for SC (scheduled castes)/ST(scheduled tribes)/OBC (other backward class) category.

No. To get admission under any category, you have to be NEET qualified and apply to MCC under deemed university.

A total of 250 seats are available, out of which… seats belong to General category and.. seats belong to NRI category. Check the eligibility criteria for General/NRI category at www.mcc.nic.in

All admissions are carried out as per the norms/ rules/ guidelines of MCC/DGHS (Govt. of India). No donation/ capitation fee is accepted for admission under any category in MGMCH.

Lower limit – 17 years completed as on date 31st Dec 2023

Upper limit – Case is pending with Hon’ble Supreme Court. (However, you are requested to refer the MCC website for latest updates)

The counselling rounds are conducted as per the norms/ rules/ guidelines of MCC; where usually after the end of the first, second and mop up rounds if the seats still remain unfilled, then a stray vacancy round is conducted at the institution as per MCC/ DGHS/ SIU guidelines.

During the admission process, if mandatory documents as required by MCC/ MGMCH are not available or there is some ambiguity; then MGMCH will declare the candidate as ineligible for admission at MGMCH. However, you can contact MCC for seeking further guidance/ clarification.

  • General category: A candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology at the Qualifying Examination.
  • SC, ST and OBC-NCL category: The marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology taken in qualifying examination must be 40% marks.
