I was highly elated when I received admission to Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital. I had always wished to graduate from a place with cooperative professors, state-of-the-art infrastructure, a vast library, laboratories equipped with the latest technologies, and a clean, vast campus with all requisite amenities.
I have never met a more welcoming community of professionals. Everyone here possesses a mutually encouraging joy that is infectious, driving me to be a better friend, student, and doctor every day with a smile on my face. At MGMC, everyone’s authentic self is celebrated, growth is encouraged, and love is abundant. It’s difficult to select just one favorite tradition among International Orations, Informative CMEs, Delightful Festivities, UGCRs, Health Talks, Working with Innovation Council, Various Symposiums, and Conferences because my experience has been shaped by the unique combination of all these activities.
Lectures here are very informative and interactive. The best time of the day is skill labs and clinical ward postings, which provide real insight into the profession and what we’re going to face after graduating. Here, afternoons mean practicals! The diversity of activities has allowed me to expand my scope of knowledge in many unexpected ways, while also giving me room to grow in my personal interests with like-minded individuals who share my love of learning, collaboration, and research.
Every morning, I find myself enthusiastic about a new day at college, knowing I will be greeted by professors and friends turned family who continually recharge my spirit and encourage me to move towards a brighter future.
