"Dr U Singh is in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) for over 43 years. His main interests in the specialty are Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Low Back Ache, Neck Pain, Knee Pain, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Technology in PMR. His innovations include development of Multiaxial Orthotic Hip Joint and Research on Prosthetics, the work has also earned patents. He was the editor of the Indian Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for over 17 years and is on the editorial panel of many national and international journals."
