Department of Neonatology was started as a separate department from general Paediatrics from 2015. We have three renowned faculties in the department. Dr Madhu Mathur , Professor and Head, Dr. Sourabh Singh, Associate Professor, Dr. Arjun Verma Assistant Professor. Currently we have 23 bedded successfully running level III NICU divided into three sections – Out-born/Septic NICU for segregated babies who are either born outside or those who develop late onset sepsis, In-Born NICU for neonates with HIE/ Premature birth/ Surgical conditions/ Syndromic appearance and third section for neonates requiring phototherapy.

Our NICU is well equipped with 3 invasive ventilators with high frequency oscillators and 7 non-invasive ventilators, Incubator, Mira Cradle for Therapeutic hypothermia, point of care ultrasound for bedside echocardiography, lung ultrasound, Gut Ultrasound and Neuro-sonogram.
